Embark in Luxor for a relaxing week sailing the River Nile on a Luxuriously Sonesta Amirat Dahabiya Cruise. After lunch, take an excursion to the Karnak temple, the largest religious temple constructed in ancient Egypt. This morning you will sail to visit the Temple of Edfu, consider the best preserved Temple in Egypt. The temple was built in the Ptolemaic Kingdom between 237 and 57 BC.

Today you will visit the Aswan high dam, a rock-fill dam built across the River Nile in Aswan between 1960- 1970. You will also visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple complex was moved to the nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam.
